Have you tried mBraining?

  • Life Coaching sessions may be facilitated from an agreed location if a face-to-face arrangement is preferred. Otherwise Skype and/or telephone sessions are also a successful form of conduct (telephone calls will be at the expense of the Client)

  • Life Coaching sessions will be one hour long. The first session will be 90 minutes long but will be charged only as a one hour session

  • Regular sessions are recommended in order to see long term   results, although the session structure varies from one individual to the next

  • The number of sessions, location, time and dates of sessions will all be determined after the first initial session

Scientific evidence behind the HEART and GUT brains:

The HEART BRAIN has a complex intrinsic nervous system that is structured in a way that qualifies it to be a brain. The heart brain has between 40 000 and 120 000 neurons and has several types of neurons, interneurons and neurotransmitters.

The GUT BRAIN has 500 million neurons located in oesophagus, stomach, intestines and colon and is a Neuro-hormonal warehouse, that utilizes every type of neurotransmitter such as serotonin, dopamine and glutamate. 

95% of Serotonin is produced in gut brain, not in the head.
